At this year’s Minnesota Multi-Housing Association MADACS Awards, we took home five Awards!

The Annual MADACS (Multi-housing Achievements in Design, Advertisement, & Community Support) Awards is a night to celebrate the industry for all our achievements. It is always a great event, with over 1000 attendees each year! The awards range from property personnel to the vendor of the year, and everything in between. Renovation Systems was nominated for eleven awards in ten categories – that alone was a huge achievement! At the 27th Annual MADACS Awards, our outstanding multi-housing team was honored to take home five awards! This is a huge accomplishment for our team, company, and clients.  Here are the Renovation Systems big MADACS wins!

  1. Associate Vendor of the Year – This highly prestigious plaque kicks off the night and is the only nomination directly determined by the MHA team. From accounting to warehouse, client services to field operations, sales to marketing, and to our leader, Ryan Comer, this is a shared award and a reflection of us all. Way to go team!
  2. Support Staff: Product/Service – Amanda Mathison – Amanda Mathison is our extremely talented Client Service Associate! This award is well-deserved for her dedication to the role of supporting both our team and our clients, and being a reflection of our mission statement, “to do what is genuinely best for our customers.” Way to go, Amanda!!!
  3. Community Support Program: Make A Wish – Our team granted a Wish for a child, Aria, who, during the pandemic, could not go to the movies anymore. We took their downstairs family room and turned it into a movie theatre, complete with long velvet drapery, dark walls/ceiling, stage, concession stand, movie posters, and large screen smart TV. For three weeks, Renovation Systems employees and subcontractors, led by Rob Altergott, Danielle Norberg, and Billie Perkins (now our client over at Centerspace) worked with our partners All Kind Painting, Lowes, Realm Electric, and Herrigans to create this safe space for Aria and her family.
  4. Partial Remodel: Unit – Brickstone Apartments – Led by Rob Altergott, Alissa Sivertsen, and Maggie Simons, our team created and executed an award-winning unit remodel at the Brickstone Apartments with Lincoln Property Company.
  5. Team: Product/Service – Renovation Systems – Huge congratulations to our team members Briana Collins, Jake Winberg, Federico Diaz, Cameron Swenson, Jackie Bell, and Megan Stansberry for participating in a team challenge earlier this year against other companies to bring this award home!

We are so proud of our team, and these accomplishments, and so proudly support the other partners, clients, and outstanding awards of the industry for 2022! Congratulations to all the nominees & winners – everyone should be so proud of the hard work put into these!
