With a 65,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Minnesota, along with two other warehouses in North Dakota and Iowa, we have products in stock ready for the same and next-day orders. For special orders, we work closely with the leading manufacturers to ensure fast, delivery so your new flooring is installed as soon as possible.
In addition to the manufacturer limited warranty against manufacturing defects, Renovation Systems includes the Relax: Lifetime Warranty on all of our new carpet installations. This provides:
Carpet Re-stretches
Seam Repairs
Re-securing pin metals
Stain Warranty for EF PureColor products
All of these warranty services are covered for the life of the carpet. If the property discontinues business with Renovation Systems, the Relax: Lifetime Warranty reverts to our standard 13-month warranty.
Renovation Systems will repair and replace the stained carpet (installed by RSI under our Relax: Lifetime Warranty program) if the stain cannot be removed by a Renovation Systems cleaning technician. Cleaning attempts from unauthorized cleaning company/agent will invalidate the warranty. Tennant abuse and damage is not included in our Stain Warranty.
