Brittany Blackstone, a contagiously bubbly team player and incredibly strong leader, has made a remarkable impact on our company since starting in June of 2023. Her positive energy, collaborative spirit, and unwavering dedication inspire everyone around her, especially in her role as Client Services Team Lead.
Brittany’s journey reminds us of the values embodied by one of our original employees, Ron Frick, who passed away in June 2019. Since Fall 2019, we have honored his legacy with an annual award—the Ron Frick Leadership Award. Ron was known for being the most genuine person you could ever meet. Ron’s contagious smile, boundless energy, and thoughtful wisdom created a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.
Ron and his wife, Robyn, moved to Minnesota 26 years ago to join Michael and Ryan Comer in transforming Renovation Systems from a small start-up into the strong national multifamily housing service provider we are today. With a background that included leadership roles at the American Red Cross in Manhattan and other organizations, Ron brought a wealth of experience and an unparalleled commitment to excellence. His passion for mentoring and empowering those around him made a lasting difference.
