Congratulations to Bob Villaume, our 2023 Ron Frick Leadership Award Winner!
Ron Frick, one of the original employees at Renovation Systems, suddenly passed away in June 2019. Ron was known for being the most genuine guy you could have ever met. His contagious smile, his energy, and his words of wisdom always created a lasting impression.
Ron and his wife, Robyn Frick, moved to Minnesota 26 years ago to join Michael and Ryan Comer in managing Renovation Systems from a small start-up to the strong multi-family housing service provider that we are today. Ron brought his many years of experience from working in Manhattan as a director of the American Red Cross and many other companies that he led prior. His leadership and guidance showed just how much Ron deeply cared about everyone that he worked with. It gave him great joy to be at our office, making a difference every day!
Not only was Ron Frick a great businessman, but he was also a magnificent friend and mentor. He was a true pleasure to everyone who knew him and got to work alongside him. Ron will be dearly missed, but he leaves his legacy at the core of what Renovation Systems is today!
Bob is so incredibly deserving of this award, and we are so proud to have him not only as an employee but as a hardworking leader and family member of Renovation Systems! He is the epitome of what we stand for and has a genuine passion for his work, our team, and our clients! HUGE congratulations to Bob for this achievement – he up the AMAZING work!
